There’s a Huge Secret 90% of Consumers Don’t Know

Your agent’s relationship with other agents plays a huge role in getting deals done. When agents like and trust each other, deals move forward with far less stress for their clients.

Here’s what most buyers don’t realize:
If two offers are close, sellers will often choose the agent they trust can get the deal closed — even if that offer isn’t the highest.

Over the years, I’ve won multiple deals where my client’s offer wasn’t the highest, simply because the agent on the other side trusted me to get the deal to the finish line.

And on the flip side, I’ve advised my sellers to choose the offer backed by the agent I trusted more, even when another offer looked stronger on paper.

Your realtor’s relationships with other realtors matter.
The best agents understand this.

We’re not here trying to beat each other — we’re here to get deals done for our clients.

The last thing anyone wants is to waste time or hopes on offers that look great on paper but fall apart at the finish line.

Drop a 👍 if you agree.
