Kingston February Real Estate Market Update 2026

PRICES CONTINUE TO DROP

Both the Sales Volume and the Median sales price are down nearly 8% compared to last February.

The biggest change year over year were the amount of new listings that came on the market.

Down 22% compare to last Feb.

This could just be because the brutal winter we had. I’ve got a lot of clients listing over the next few months, so this trend could change.
