Kingston’s housing market just shifted!
- * Median sale price fell 40k year over year from Jan 25 to Jan 26.
- * Listings & sales slowed were about the same
5 Year Fixed higher this year then it was last year
BUT.. Monthly payments on the average price are less because house prices are lower making up for the difference.
So homes are infact more affordable then 1 year ago!
