Here is how this February compared to last February.
Key takeaway:
Both Sales Volume and Median sale price is down nearly 8% compared to last February, and notably fewer new listings coming to market (down 22%). This may be due to the brutal winter we had. I have a lot of listings coming in the next few months, so we will see how it plays out.

I’ve already met with several sellers who are actively preparing to list. Here’s a preview of a few properties coming soon:
